Shillong-based death metal band Plague Throat has just been declared the winner of Wacken Metal Battle (India). The final leg of the competition is currently taking place at Vapour, Bangalore. Other bands competing were Theorized, Orion, Perpetual Void and Noize Akademi. Apart from the bands in the competition, the gig features performances by Bevar Sea, The Down Troddence, Eccentric Pendulum, Kryptos and is being headlined by Suidakra.
