Hydrodjent was the solo studio project of Mumbai guitarist Keshav Dhar, blending crushing riffs with polyrhythms, layered guitar lines and atmospherics.

Rolling Stone India documents Dhar moving on from bedroom jamming as Hydrodjent to launching Skyharbor. No Hydrodjent releases or activity have been found in checked sources after 2009, so the project’s status is unconfirmed.

Notable moments

• Keshav Dhar took the project forward into Skyharbor, one of Indian prog metal's most prominent bands (Rolling Stone India).
