Remember the band we featured on our website last October? Well, here’s some news regarding the boys from Kolkata. Six Inch Nails Records has just released a statement saying that they have now signed on Kolkata based metalcore band – Chronic Xorn. The band will be releasing their debut EP on the 14th of May 2010.

Here’s something about the band:
Chronic Xorn is a Metalcore band originating from Kolkata, India. Formed in August 2007 with Sunny, Anindya, Abhinav, Tamaghna, Jeet as the members, later on Soumyabrata joined them to pen down his words for the band. Afterwards, their long time standing member and founder Jeet left the band owing to some unavoidable commitments. Replacing him Angshuman joined the band as the new bass guitarist.Then came Suvam to join Abhinav with his guitar duties.

Chronic Xorn has been playing in competitions all over India and carrying the torch of metal outside the city.
