There is a reason why IIT-ians are called smart! Norwegian metal band Benea Reach, who were in the country recently for the Great Indian Rock festival, have now been roped in by IIT Roorkee for their upcoming college fest.
Titled ‘Thomso 2009‘, the festival has a rock competition (obviously) called ‘Wargasm‘. The Battle of the Bands will be brought to us in association with Grey and Saurian records. The winning band gets to cut themselves an album with Grey and Saurian records. They will also get a chance to perform alongside Acrid Semblance and Norway metallers Benea Reach at the main event.
