SUM NEGATIVE release debut single ‘Bait’

Shimla nu-metal band SUM NEGATIVE have released their debut single, ‘Bait’, independently on 31st October. The track arrives with an official music video.

‘Bait’ explores the conflict between an individual and their inner conscience, confronting fate, accumulated choices and the realization of having been used as bait all along. The four-piece pairs nu-metal aggression and groove-heavy riffs with a dark theatrical streak, drawing from Slipknot, Korn and Marilyn Manson.

The single was produced by the band, recorded and mixed by Girjashankar at Depot Records, New Delhi, and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music, US. The video was conceived, directed and edited by Zexee, with costumes, art direction and logo design by Inukun.
