Metallica in India?
We’ve been hearing rumors about Metallica playing in India for the longest time, but here’s something that may actually be true! Band bassist, Robert Trujillo, said in a recent interview with Inland Empire Weekly that Metallica will be playing in India this October.
To quote:
“We are going to play India in October. That should be interesting, playing a place we never thought in our wildest dreams we’d [go] to play. It’s an honor for all of us that we get to be a part of that whole music scene as a metal band sharing our music with fans in India at this incredible concert!”
Has he spilled the beans on something big that’s under wraps at the moment? Will Metallica really come to India for what promises to be the biggest metal concert the country might have ever witnessed?
